Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Post express Serbia, and have a tracking number. Orders that are not marked as pre-order are shipped out within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Pre-orders are shipped out within 5-7 days. Orders are shipping Monday-Friday. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on weight and your location. Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as I am not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund is possible in case a package arrives with some damages. Just send me the photo of the damaged item the day it arrives, and we will sort it out.
